I’ve visited Hiroshima once. It’s a beautiful city, but you can’t help but feel the presence of what happened there many years ago. It is a walking city, so it’s easy to see almost everything. I didn’t have any hotel reservations, I just made an overnight trip from Tokyo, by taking the high-speed train, the Shinkansen.
