Hi Fellow Traveler,

I hope you had a good week. It continues to heat up here in Houston. How are you holding up where you are?

A story about a non-rev who got a free Qatar Airways QSuite business class seat came across my desk this week, It’s an odd story and I’m glad it worked out for her, but as most of us know, as a non-rev, you never have a public breakdown at the airport when you don’t make a flight.

A friend of mine was on holiday and got sick; unfortunately, she did not have any form of travel insurance. So she had to pay out of pocket and have a doctor and nurse come to her house to get treatment. Four days later she was feeling better and ready to fly home to get further treatment.
